Promote decentralized charging hubs, battery swapping, battery-as-a-service, renewable-energy integration, safe battery handling, lifecycle management and charging-site standards suitable for Somalia's infrastructure realities.

Advocate practical fiscal incentives, import rules, technical standards, licensing pathways, charging regulations, battery safety rules and consumer-protection mechanisms that enable adoption without creating unsafe or exclusionary systems.
